1. Appointment Cancellation

Patients who have booked clinic-based appointments (pathology tests, blood tests, or health packages at our main Sarvodaya Nagar lab) can cancel their appointments at any time prior to specimen collection. There is no cancellation penalty for lab-visit cancellations.

2. Home Sample Collection Cancellation

For Home Sample Collection, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

• Cancellations 2+ Hours Prior: Full refund is eligible if the cancellation request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot.
• Cancellations Under 2 Hours: If a cancellation is requested less than 2 hours before the slot or after our collection technician has already departed from the lab, a basic travel/service fee of ₹100 may be deducted from the refund amount.
• No Show: If our collection technician arrives at the specified location and is unable to coordinate or contact you within 15 minutes of arrival, it will be marked as a "No Show" and travel fees will apply.

3. Emergency & Force Majeure Situations

We understand that medical emergencies or unavoidable situations can arise. In case of unexpected medical crises, severe weather conditions, city lockdowns, or other force majeure circumstances, cancellation terms will be waived. If such situations occur, patients are eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost, or a full refund.

4. Late Arrivals

For laboratory visits, if you arrive late for your booked slot, you may have to wait for the next open slot. For home collections, if you are not present during the agreed slot, we will attempt to coordinate. If you request a delay exceeding 20 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and cancellation travel fees may apply if rescheduled to a different day.

5. Refund Conditions upon Cancellation

Refunds resulting from successful cancellations will be handled under our standard Refund Policy. Cash refunds are only eligible for cash-paid home visits. Online bookings will be reversed back to the source account within 5-7 working days. No refunds are possible once the blood or tissue sample has been drawn or biopsy processing has started.
