We provide medical diagnostic services, pathology tests, biopsy evaluations, and health packages. These services include booking, sample collection (at our laboratory or via home collection), laboratory analysis, and generating electronic and paper diagnostic reports.

3. User Responsibilities

When utilizing our platforms or booking services, you agree that:

• All profile registration details provided (name, age, gender, contact number) are accurate.
• You will follow laboratory preparation protocols (e.g., fasting requirements) as instructed.
• You will provide a safe environment for our technicians during Home Sample Collections.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or medical requests.

4. Appointment Booking & Scheduling

Appointments booked online or through the mobile application are subject to availability of slots and technicians. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel home collection sessions due to weather, traffic constraints, or laboratory emergencies. We will notify you of any schedule changes at the earliest opportunity.

5. Diagnostic Reports

Diagnostic reports will be delivered electronically via SMS, secure download links, WhatsApp, or through our Android app once authorized by a qualified pathologist. Normal turnaround times are estimations and can vary depending on test complexity. Hard copies can be collected at our Sarvodaya Nagar center.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for tests and packages can be made online through integrated payment gateways or in cash during home collection or laboratory visits. Booking requests will only be processed upon validation of payment (or agreement to pay cash on collection).

7. Intellectual Property

All design assets, trademark names, text, graphics, logos, images, software structure, and documentation on our website and application are the intellectual property of Narayan Pathology & Biopsy Centre. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Medical Disclaimer

The diagnostic reports represent clinical evaluations of biological specimens. These reports are intended to assist qualified medical practitioners in diagnosis and treatment. They do not constitute final medical advice or a clinical diagnosis on their own. Always consult with your doctor to interpret reports.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narayan Pathology & Biopsy Centre and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delay in report delivery, sample degradation due to unavoidable transport delays, or incorrect interpretation of report contents by third parties.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to booking platforms or patient portals without prior notice if we detect abusive behavior, fraudulent bookings, security breaches, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
