We collect information to provide high-quality diagnostic and laboratory services to you. The data we collect includes:
- Patient Information: Full name, age, gender, date of birth, guardian details (for minors), and biological relationship parameters essential for pathology calculations.
- Medical Records: Doctor prescriptions, clinical symptoms, test requests, biological samples collected, test results, patient history, and diagnostic reports.
- Contact Information: Mobile phone number, email address, and home address (required specifically for Home Sample Collection).
- Appointment Information: Preferred slots, payment logs, transaction statuses, and appointment booking histories.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar web tracking technologies to improve navigation, analyze traffic, and personalize website experiences. You can control cookie preferences through your web browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features on our website.

We use your data solely for healthcare operations and app performance optimization:
- To register and verify patient records at our laboratory.
- To perform biological testing and issue accurate diagnostic reports.
- To schedule and fulfill Home Sample Collection appointments.
- To send reports via secure communication channels (such as WhatsApp, Email, or App notifications).
- To process payments and refunds.
6. Data Security & Encryption
Patient data security is our top priority. We implement robust technological and administrative security measures:
- All sensitive medical and contact data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols.
- Data stored in our servers or within Google Firebase Firestore is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
- Access to patient database directories is restricted only to authorized laboratory technicians and consultants.
7. Third-Party Services
We share necessary customer details with select medical, communication, and billing partners only to execute services (e.g., SMS gateways for OTP verify, Payment gateways for transaction handling). We never lease, trade, or sell patient biological data or contact details to third-party marketing companies.
8. Google Play Store Compliance
Our Android application strictly complies with Google Play Developer Policies regarding sensitive information:
- Sensitive Medical Data: All medical files, reports, and diagnostic results are classified as Sensitive Personal Information. The application displays them only under secure authentication.
- App Permissions: The application may request access to your Location (to pinpoint addresses during home collection bookings), Camera/Photos (to upload doctor prescriptions), and Notifications (to alert you when reports are ready). These permissions are optional and only activated upon your explicit request.
- Google Firebase: We integrate Google Firebase for real-time notifications, app usage tracking, and secure back-end cloud storage. Firebase complies with rigorous privacy standards.
- Push Notifications: Push alerts are used solely for diagnostic updates (e.g., sample picked, report generated) and can be disabled at any time in the app settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain your diagnostic reports and medical history in compliance with healthcare regulations in India (standardly 3 to 5 years, or as mandated for specific bio-records). Non-medical login logs are periodically purged. When data is no longer required, it is permanently and securely destroyed.
10. Patient & User Rights
You have full control over your information:
- Access & Rectification: You can request copies of your health files or correct erroneous profile names and numbers.
- Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time, which will result in the suspension of active appointments.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and related metadata. Refer to our Data Deletion Request page for complete instructions.
11. Children's Privacy
We do not collect information from minors (under 18 years) without parental or legal guardian consent. If a guardian discovers a minor has registered without supervision, contact us immediately to purge the record.
12. Policy Updates
We reserves the right to modify this policy as healthcare regulations or app structures change. Users will be notified of material changes through the website or application interface.
